释义	可以退。押金，是一方当事人交由另一方当事人存放，保证自己的行为不会给另一方当事人造成损害的费用。且若造成损害，可以以此费用据实支付或另行赔偿。在双方法律关系不存在且无其他纠纷后，押金应予退还。但违约时将会被扣除。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百八十七条债务人履行债务的，定金应当抵作价款或者收回。给付定金的一方不履行债务或者履行债务不符合约定，致使不能实现合同目的的，无权请求返还定金；收受定金的一方不履行债务或者履行债务不符合约定，致使不能实现合同目的的，应当双倍返还定金。
