释义	现役军人的身份证号码在公安内部网是可以查到的，但是对于内部网的普通用户是查不到的，想查询现役军人的身份证号码，须部队团以上机关出具证明，并且到县以上公安局的户政处（科）查询。在2002、2003年前后，国家决定为军人办理公民身份证，全军组织首批统计填写了《军人公民身份号码登记表》。义务兵和士官统一由原籍办理；军官以前有证的，由原发证地公安机关负责核对升位号，没办理过的，由部队驻地公安机关办理。法律依据:
