释义	法律分析：彩礼能视为赠与，应当认定为附条件的赠与。彩礼实际上是以结婚作为前提条件的赠与，在法律上是有赠与的法律效力的，不过它的情况比较复杂，不能与一般的赠与混为一谈。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百六十一条赠与可以附义务。赠与附义务的，受赠人应当按照约定履行义务。
