问题	合同金额有误应该怎么办
释义	依据我国合同法的规定，签订合同的时候，合同的金额有错误的，双方可以协商对合同的金额进行变更，并且重新签订合同。相关法律规定《中华人民共和国合同法》第六十一条合同生效后，当事人就质量、价款或者报酬、履行地点等内容没有约定或者约定不明确的，可以协议补充;不能达成补充协议的，按照合同有关条款或者交易习惯确定。第七十七条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。法律、行政法规规定变更合同应当办理批准、登记等手续的，依照其规定。第七十八条当事人对合同变更的内容约定不明确的，推定为未变更。
