释义	法律分析：票据行为无效的原因如下：1、被保证的票据债务自始不存在；2、被保证的票据债务，因其所赖以发生的票据行为在形式上不完备而无效；3、票据保证行为本身在形式上不完备。法律依据：《中华人民共和国票据法》第一百零四条金融机构工作人员在票据业务中玩忽职守，对违反本法规定的票据予以承兑、付款或者保证的，给予处分；造成重大损失，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。由于金融机构工作人员因前款行为给当事人造成损失的，由该金融机构和直接责任人员依法承担赔偿责任。
