释义	夫妻忠诚协议书可以在协议书中约定双方都不得违反夫妻协议，不得有婚外性行为或者婚外情。夫妻必须忠诚对待对方，不得有意欺瞒对方。但是不得约定限制对方人身自由。可以约定适当的违约金，不得约定违反协议的一方净身出户。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零九十一条有下列情形之一，导致离婚的，无过错方有权请求损害赔偿: (一)重婚; (二)与他人同居; (三)实施家庭暴力; (四)虐待、遗弃家庭成员; (五)有其他重大过错。
