释义	公司补签劳动合同，员工不同意是可以保存相关的证据材料，自用工之日起一个月内，经用人单位书面通知后，劳动者不与用工单位订立劳动合同的，用人单位应当书面通知劳动者终止劳动关系，无须向劳动者支付经济补偿，但是应当依法向劳动者支付其实际工作时间的劳动报酬。因此，如果是员工自己拒绝签订劳动合同的，公司不需要像员工进行赔偿，而且，公司还应该改书面终止与劳动者的劳动关系。
