释义	法律分析：当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。已在网上签订商品房买卖合同的，除以下情形外，原则上不得撤销或变更合同信息：(一)因房地产开发企业工作人员失误，将购房人信息录入错误，需要更正合同信息的；(二)户口本常住人口登记卡索引表中登记的家庭成员之间，变更合同买受人信息的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百六十二条当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
