释义	法律分析：行政强制法中的期限不含法定节假日。含法定节假日在内也不会因时间紧张给行政机关或者当事人的行为带来不便，而且如果不含法定节假日，不仅会给计算期满日期带来诸多不便，同时会造成期限的实际长短差距很大，不利于对当事人权益的保护。法律依据：《中华人民共和国行政强制法》第六十九条本法中十日以内期限的规定是指工作日，不含法定节假日。第三十四条行政机关依法作出行政决定后，当事人在行政机关决定的期限内不履行义务的，具有行政强制执行权的行政机关依照本章规定强制执行。
