法律分析：2022年年度的个税申报于12月1日开始启动，具体截止时间是在12月31日前。个人所得税是调整征税机关与自然人（居民、非居民人）之间在个人所得税的征纳与管理过程中所发生的社会关系的法律规范的总称。4种情况需修改个税专项附加扣除信息：1、修改2022年赡养老人、子女教育、住房贷款利息的扣除比例；2、夫妻一方不再申请住房贷款利息专项附加扣除，在2022年由另一方申报；3、有老人在2021年去世，2022年不能再申请赡养老人专项附加扣除；4、房租和房贷需要替换扣除的情况，即2022年不再申报住房租金，改为申报住房贷款利息，或2022年不再申报住房贷款利息，改为申报住房租金。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国个人所得税法实施条例》 第十三条 个人所得税法第六条第一款第一项所称依法确定的其他扣除，包括个人缴付符合国家规定的企业年金、职业年金，个人购买符合国家规定的商业健康保险、税收递延型商业养老保险的支出，以及国务院规定可以扣除的其他项目。
专项扣除、专项附加扣除和依法确定的其他扣除，以居民个人一个纳税年度的应纳税所得额为限额；一个纳税年度扣除不完的，不结转以后年度扣除。
