释义	法律分析: 8 月 20 日，全国人大常委会审议通过《中华人民共和国医师法》（下称医师法），自 2022 年 3 月 1 日起施行，《中华人民共和国执业医师法》（下称执业医师法）同时废止。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国医师法》第一条为了保障医师合法权益，规范医师执业行为，加强医师队伍建设，保护人民健康，推进健康中国建设，制定本法。第二条本法所称医师，是指依法取得医师资格，经注册在医疗卫生机构中执业的专业医务人员，包括执业医师和执业助理医师。
