释义	故意延误投递邮件罪立案标准是邮政工作人员严重不负责任，故意延误投递邮件，涉嫌下列情形之一的，应予立案追诉： 1、造成直接经济损失二万元以上的； 2、延误高校录取通知书或者其他重要邮件投递，致使他人失去高校录取资格或者造成其他无法挽回的重大损失的； 3、严重损害国家声誉或者造成其他恶劣社会影响的。【法律依据】《刑法》第三百零四条邮政工作人员严重不负责任，故意延误投递邮件，致使公共财产、国家和人民利益遭受重大损失的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
