释义	可以扣除，绩效薪资是工作成绩的效益，效益薪资不是固定的薪资，所以是可以扣除的。单位有权在不低于当地最低薪资标准的基础上设立绩效奖，但同时需建立考核制度，并向员工公示，绩效奖的计算依该制度进行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十八条国家实行最低薪资保障制度。最低薪资的具体标准由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府规章，报国务院备案。用人单位支付劳动者的薪资不得低于当地最低薪资标准。第五十条薪资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的薪资。
