释义	法律分析：公司压员工一个月工资分为两种情况： 1、如果单位压的工资是为了限制的离去(转投其他公司)或作为押金就是不合法的，就有理由可以通过劳动监察部本解决这件事情。 2、如果公司有这项规定，而且还不是为了限制、扣的押金，那法律就没有那么多的规定了，公司就可以这样做。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第七条　工资必须在用人单位与劳动者约定的日期支付。如遇节假日或休息日，则应提前在最近的工作日支付。工资至少每月支付一次，实行周、日、小时工资制的可按周、日、小时支付工资。
