什么是民事责任和刑事责任

法律分析：民事责任，对民事法律责任的简称，是指民事主体在民事活动中，因实施了民事违法行为，根据民法所承担的对其不利的民事法律后果或者基于法律特别规定而应承担的民事法律责任。刑事责任是指犯罪人因实施犯罪行为应当承担的法律责任，按刑事法律的规定追究其法律责任，包括主刑和附加刑两种刑事责任。
