释义	机动车在高速公路行驶时，非紧急情况不得在应急车道行驶或者停车。所谓紧急情况有两种：一是机动车发生交通事故或者故障确需停车等待救援时，可以在应急车道内临时停放；二是供警车、消防车、救护车、工程救险车在执行紧急任务时使用。如果车坏了要走应急车道可以先报警说明情况。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》第六十条机动车在道路上发生故障或者发生交通事故，妨碍交通又难以移动的，应当按照规定开启危险报警闪光灯并在车后50米至100米处设置警告标志，夜间还应当同时开启示廓灯和后位灯。
