问题	赠与行为的证据要求
释义	法律分析：赠与行为属于诺成合同，也就是一诺即成。只要赠与人做出赠与行为的意思表示，赠与既成立。但是以交付或者登记为生效要件的，是否需要证人或证据，没有法律条文规定。赠与人在没有交付之前有任意撤销权法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十七条赠与合同是赠与人将自己的财产无偿给予受赠人，受赠人表示接受赠与的合同。
