释义	犯本罪的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处罚金；情节严重的，处五年以上有期徒刑，并处罚金。引诱、容留、介绍他人卖淫，具有下列情形之一的，应当认定为刑法第三百五十九条第一款规定的情节严重：(一)引诱五人以上或者引诱、容留、介绍十人以上卖淫的；(二)引诱三人以上的未成年人、孕妇、智障人员、患有严重性病的人卖淫，或者引诱、容留、介绍五人以上该类人员卖淫的；(三)非法获利人民币五万元以上的；(四)其他情节严重的情形。法律依据《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百五十九条
