释义	法律分析：证人可以当庭提交证据，证人提供的证据指向性多元化。如果将证人提供的证据归属法院调取的证据，有利于双方当事人权利均衡；我国目前的法律及司法解释并未明确禁止证人当庭提交证据，为了查明案件事实应当予以准许。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第七十二条凡是知道案件情况的单位和个人，都有义务出庭作证。有关单位的负责人应当支持证人作证。不能正确表达意思的人，不能作证。
