释义	法律分析：必须有有效存在的债权，且债权转让不改变债权的内容。债权的有效存在，是债权转让的基本前提。被让与的债权须具有可让与性。让与人与受让人须就债权的转让达成协议，并且不得违反法律的有关规定。债权的让与须通知债务人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
