释义	法律分析：债权转让的条件要求如下:1、须有有效的债权存在。如果债权不存在，则转让行为无效。2、转让的合同权利须具有可让与性。3、转让双方之间须达成书面的转让协议，需要双方签字认可。债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
