释义	法律分析：从专业角度讲:“合同”是双方自愿订立的,政府不插手。只要订立合同的程序合法,则受法律保护。这里的“保护”是约束双方必须按约定履行这件事(买卖房屋)的完成。“房契”,是早期对房产凭证的称呼,现在都称“房产证”。它是官方对于房屋产权的确认,所以,它一定是官方颁发的,从法律层面确认财产的归属。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十五条依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
