释义	法律分析: 一般来说，离婚案件一审法院一般会在六个月内审结(特殊情况可为十五个月)，适用简易程序审理的，期限为三个月。不服一审法院判决上诉的，一般会在三个月内审结(特殊情况可为六个月)。离婚官司可以有一审、二审，还可能有发回重审的时候，所以在不同的阶段判决的期限都是不同的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百四十九条人民法院适用普通程序审理的案件，应当在立案之日起六个月内审结。有特殊情况需要延长的，由本院院长批准，可以延长六个月；还需要延长的，报请上级人民法院批准。
