释义	法律分析：公司规定试用期内辞职不计发工资是违反法律规定的。工资是劳动者提供劳动获得的报酬，只要劳动者提供了正常劳动，用人单位就应当及时足额的支付工资。劳动者在试用期内辞职，用人单位应当按照劳动者的实际工作天数折算工资。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十九条劳动者提前30日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前3日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
