释义	法律分析：买片自己看不违法，但是制作、运输、复制、出售、出租这些淫秽物品的行为会受到行政处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十八条制作、运输、复制、出售、出租淫秽的书刊、图片、影片、音像制品等淫秽物品或者利用计算机信息网络、电话以及其他通讯工具传播淫秽信息的，处10日以上15日以下拘留，可以并处3000元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款。
