无偿献血证丢了需要献血者持本人身份证到血源管理科进行办理。血站工作人员会根据献血者的身份证认真核对原始纸质档案和电脑信息，确定无误后进行补办。如果献血者之前献血时未登记身份证信息或姓名出现同音不同字的特殊情况，本着保护献血者信息的原则，还需要单位出具盖有公章的证明信；如果原始档案登记的一代身份证和二代身份证号码有变更，就需要到派出所开具制式表格《公民身份号码更正证明》。
献血证的用途有哪些
1、医疗用血后的血费报销，无偿献血证是奉献爱心的证明，是健康的储蓄，一个献血证相当于1200元人民币，献血1000毫升以下时，可以三倍报销医疗用血，献血1000毫升以上时，本人可无限量用血，父母、子女和配偶可以报销献血等量的医疗用血费用；
2、用血紧张时优先用血的凭证；
3、到外地就医时用血享受当地用血待遇的凭证；
4、发给国务院卫生行政部门制作的无偿献血证书，有关单位可以给予适当补贴。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国献血法》第九条
血站对献血者必须免费进行必要的健康检查；身体状况不符合献血条件的，血站应当向其说明情况，不得采集血液。献血者的身体健康条件由国务院卫生行政部门规定。血站对献血者每次采集血液量一般为二百毫升，最多不得超过四百毫升，两次采集间隔不少于六个月。严格禁止血站违反前款规定对献血者超量、频繁采集血液。
