用人单位部门撤销，劳动者岗位应当变更。用人单位是生产经营所需的岗位调动，岗位调动合理，不存在侮辱或者惩罚性质，工资待遇不降低，与劳动合同约定的岗位有关，岗位调动有效，作为劳动者应当遵守。当然，调整岗位的合理性需要用人单位的证明；相反，用人单位是基于迫使劳动者离职来调整岗位的，劳动者可以拒绝。用人单位以劳动者不服从安排为由解除劳动合同是违法解除劳动者可以申请劳动仲裁支付赔偿金，工作一年支付两个月本人的工资，即2N。
