释义	法律分析：商铺转让有两种理解：一是转让所有权，即产权人把商铺卖给你；二是转让使用权或租赁权，即不改变房屋所有人，只是把房屋转让给你使用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百八十三条承诺生效时合同成立，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。第四百八十四条以通知方式作出的承诺，生效的时间适用本法第一百三十七条的规定。承诺不需要通知的，根据交易习惯或者要约的要求作出承诺的行为时生效。
