释义	法律分析: 可以进行调解。再审案件仍然可以进行调解，调解原则是民事诉讼法的一项基本原则，它贯穿于诉讼的全过程。因此，依再审程序审理案件时，能够调解并且当事人愿意调解的，仍然可以进行调解。经过调解达成调解协议的，在调解书送达后，原判决即视为撤销。调解不成的，应及时判决，不能久拖不决。法律依据: 《最高人民法院关于适用审判监督程序若干问题的解释》第三十六条当事人在再审审理中经调解达成协议的，人民法院应当制作调解书。调解书经各方当事人签收后，即具有法律效力，原判决、裁定视为被撤销。
