释义	法律分析：专利申请撤回如下：申请人可以在被授予专利权之前随时撤回其专利申请。申请人撤回专利申请的，应当向国务院专利行政部门提出声明，写明发明创造的名称、申请号和申请日。撤回专利申请的声明在国务院专利行政部门作好公布专利申请文件的印刷准备工作后提出的，申请文件仍予公布;但是，撤回专利申请的声明应当在以后出版的专利公报上予以公告。法律依据：《中华人民共和国专利法》第三十二条申请人可以在被授予专利权之前随时撤回其专利申请。
