释义	法律分析：我国民事诉讼对案件事实的证明必须达到以下的四项标准：1、据以定案的证据已查证属实；2、案件事实均有必要的证据予以证明；3、证据之间、证据与案件事实之间的矛盾得到合理的排除；4、得出的结论是惟一的，排除了其他可能性。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第六十三条证据包括：（一）当事人的陈述；（二）书证；（三）物证；（四）视听资料；（五）电子数据；（六）证人证言；（七）鉴定意见；（八）勘验笔录。证据必须查证属实，才能作为认定事实的根据。
