释义	在正常的情况下，保证金是可以退的，保证金属于担保性质，担保的约定是附属于主合同的。如果主合同的义务履行了，那么担保期间的担保责任就可以免除，保证金应当予以退还。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百八十七条债务人履行债务的，定金应当抵作价款或者收回。给付定金的一方不履行债务或者履行债务不符合约定，致使不能实现合同目的的，无权请求返还定金；收受定金的一方不履行债务或者履行债务不符合约定，致使不能实现合同目的的，应当双倍返还定金。
