释义	法律分析: 电梯出问题物业有责任，物业公司有妥善维修物业服务区域内的业主共有部分，应在出现事故时及时维修，积极救助被困电梯的人员，一般情况下，能查明电梯事故发生的原因的，会依据调查结果追究相关单位或个人的责任，无法查明事故原因的，由物业管理公司来承担事故的主要责任。《物业管理条例》第五十五条物业存在安全隐患，危及公共利益及他人合法权益时，责任人应当及时维修养护，有关业主应当给予配合。责任人不履行维修养护义务的，经业主大会同意，可以由物业服务企业维修养护，费用由责任人承担。
