释义	租到隔断间的合同不一定有效，如果是对卫生间或者阳台进行隔断出租，或者隔断房不符合可以出租的安全标准的，则就此房间签订的租赁合同是无效的；如果是按照法律规定进行合法隔断的，则就这样的隔断房签订的租赁合同是有效的。法律依据《民法典》第一百五十三条，违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定的民事法律行为无效。但是，该强制性规定不导致该民事法律行为无效的除外。违背公序良俗的民事法律行为无效。
