释义	法律分析：债权人免除债务的意思表示，可以撤回。但是撤回的意思表示必须在意思表示到达相对人前或者与意思表示同时到达相对人。如果已经到达相对人了，就不能撤回，当事人的债权债务就终止。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百五十九条【债权的从权利消灭】债权债务终止时，债权的从权利同时消灭，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。
