释义	法律分析：政务开除行政处分。行政处分是国家监察机关针对所有行使公权力的公职人员，包括行政机关的工作人员、审判机关、检察机关、事业单位以及基层群众自治组织的管理人员。法律依据：《国家公务员暂行条例》第三十三条把处分的种类明确规定为警告、记过、记大过、降级、撤职、开除六种，并没有“免职”一项。该条例第四十八条倒有“免职”一节，但只有转换职位、晋升或降低职务、离职学习超过一年、因病不能坚持工作一年以上、退休等六种情况才符合免职条件。
