对犯罪的外国人，可以附加适用或单独适用驱逐出境，那么对犯罪的外国人能否适用附加剥夺政治权利呢？外国人是指不具有中华人民共和国国籍的人，即不是中华人民共和国公民，那么，按照我国宪法的规定，外国公民不享有我国的政治权利。
【法律依据】：
《中华人民共和国宪法》第三十四条 中华人民共和国年满十八周岁的公民，不分民族、种族、性别、职业、家庭出身、宗教信仰、教育程度、财产状况、居住期限，都有选举权和被选举权是依照法律被剥夺政治权利的人除外。
