释义	法律分析：伪造、擅自制造或者出售伪造、擅自制造的可以用于骗取出口退税、抵扣税款的其他发票50份以上的，应当依法定罪处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百一十条明知是伪造的发票而持有，数量较大的，处二年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金；数量巨大的，处二年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。单位犯前款罪的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依照前款的规定处罚。
