释义	法律分析：可以，犯罪嫌疑人被羁押期间仍然享有通信权，可以写信。但是出于侦查需要，嫌疑人被关押期间的一切信件都要经过看守所警察的检查，凡是涉及案情或可能涉及案情的、或者可能影响嫌疑人情绪的信件，警察一般都不会交给嫌疑人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国监狱法》第四十七条罪犯在服刑期间可以与他人通信，但是来往信件应当经过监狱检查。监狱发现有碍罪犯改造内容的信件，可以扣留。罪犯写给监狱的上级机关和司法机关的信件，不受检查。
