释义	口头承诺一样有法律效力。关键是看有没有证据。(1)在承诺方承认原口头承诺内容的情况下：有法律效力。(2)在承诺方不再承认原口头承诺的情况下，另一方有证据证明原口头承诺内容的，也有法律效力。只是口头承诺的，如果有录音或录像、知情人证明等证明口头承诺的内容的，可以起诉到法院请求履行原承诺。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法通则》第五十六条
