法律规定晚育假期是多些呢天

女职工生育产假有九十八天。目前我国已经取消了晚婚晚育假，婚假和产假按照法律规定内容执行。法律上规定，女职工生育享受九十八天产假，其中产前可以休假十五天。如果存在难产情况的，可增加产假十五天。其他情况的，可按照法律规定执行。
法律依据：
《女职工劳动保护特别规定》 第七条女职工生育享受98天产假，其中产前可以休假15天；难产的，增加产假15天；生育多胞胎的，每多生育1个婴儿，增加产假15天。女职工怀孕未满4个月流产的，享受15天产假；怀孕满4个月流产的，享受42天产假。
