释义	法律分析：在受送达人下落不明或者用其他方式无法送达的情况下，人民法院通过公告将诉讼文书有关内容告知受送达人的一种特殊的送达方式。按照民诉法规定一般是六十日。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第八十四条受送达人下落不明，或者用本节规定的其他方式无法送达的，公告送达。自发出公告之日起，经过六十日，即视为送达。公告送达，应当在案卷中记明原因和经过。
