释义	法律分析：一般地说，抢劫罪的使用暴力，胁迫手段，是使被害人受到强烈的袭击，使之失去反抗能力，以任其抢走公私财物或被迫交出公私财物，犯罪嫌疑人具有危害被害人人身安全的故意。而抢夺罪的强力行为则没有这种故意，而仅以夺取具公私财物为已而满足。因而其行为的强力程度低于抢劫所使用的暴力。法律依据：《刑法》第二百六十九条【转化的抢劫罪】犯盗窃、诈骗、抢夺罪，为窝藏赃物、抗拒抓捕或者毁灭罪证而当场使用暴力或者以暴力相威胁的，依照本法第二百六十三条的规定定罪处罚。
