释义	根据新的民法总则规定，新的诉讼时效为三年。《产品质量法》第四十五条：因产品存在缺陷造成损害要求赔偿的诉讼时效期间为二年，自当事人知道或者应当知道其权益受到损害时起计算。第一百三十七条规定，诉讼时效期间从知道或者应当知道权利被侵害时起计算。但是，从权利被侵害之日起超过二十年的，人民法院不予保护。有特殊情况的，人民法院可以延长诉讼时效期间。第一百三十八条规定，超过诉讼时效期间，当事人自愿履行的，不受诉讼时效限制。
