释义	法律主观：暴力催债，催债本不违法，但若其催收手段不合法，则可能构成寻衅滋事、非法侵入住宅、故意毁坏财物、故意伤害等罪。 2021年3月1日，我国实施的刑法修正案（十一）针对暴力索取非法债务的行为，新增了催收非法债务罪，即催收高利放贷等产生的非法债务时使用暴力、胁迫方法的；限制他人人身自由或者侵入他人住宅的；恐吓、跟踪、骚扰他人的行为催收非法债务的，均构成催收非法债务罪。情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处或者单处罚金。
