释义	法律分析: 残疾人乘坐飞机，一般不需要提供医疗证明；但存在如下情况的除外: 1、残疾人乘坐飞机过程中，需要使用医用氧气的； 2、承运人有合理理由认为残疾人没有足够的医疗协助，保障其安全地完成航空旅行的； 3、其他情况。法律依据:《残疾人航空运输办法（试行）》第十四条除以下情况外，承运人不得要求具备乘机条件的残疾人提供医疗证明: （一）在飞行中需要使用医用氧气；（二）承运人有合理理由认为残疾人在飞行过程中没有额外的医疗协助无法安全地完成航空旅行。
