释义	法律分析: 劳动合同日期一般填写签订劳动合同那天，也可以填写劳动者入职那天。因为用人单位自用工之日起即与劳动者建立劳动关系，应当订立书面劳动合同，也可以自用工之日起一个月内签订。入职日期与签订劳动合同日期有争议的，适用入职日期。确定劳动合同期限应当遵守以下原则：坚持劳动合同订立的原则；兼顾当事人双方利益的原则；有利于企业发展生产的原则。《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第七条用人单位自用工之日起即与劳动者建立劳动关系。用人单位应当建立职工名册备查。
