释义	砍头息不还从法律层面上没问题，但是需要经过法律诉讼程序。砍头息如果事先已经告知了，不算诈骗，但是国家不支持，一般法院受理的案件都是网贷机构拿贷款合同要求借款人还全款，实际当初部分钱已经被扣除了。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于审理民间借贷案件适用法律若干问题的规章》第二十七条借据、收据、欠条等债权凭证载明的借款金额，一般认定为本金。预先在本金中扣除利息的，人民法院应当将实际出借的金额认定为本金。
