释义	法律分析：过了24小时后会释放。根据我国的相关法律规定，公安机关在对犯罪嫌疑人或者是证人进行传唤的时候，是不能够超过24小时。但是如果有特殊情况的话，可以延续到48个小时。如果公安机关超过48小时尚未释放犯罪嫌疑人，犯罪嫌疑人可以去上级主管部门进行投诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百一十九条第二款传唤、拘传持续的时间不得超过十二小时;案情特别重大、复杂，需要采取拘留、逮捕措施的，传唤、拘传持续的时间不得超过二十四小时。
