释义	法律分析：欺骗性交易行为，也称仿冒行为，是经营者采用假冒、仿冒或其他虚假手段，使交易相对人产生混淆或误信，从而获得交易机会的行为。法律依据：《反不正当竞争法》第21条第1款经营者假冒他人的注册商标，擅自使用他人的企业名称或姓名，伪造或冒用质量标志、名优标志等质量标志，伪造产地，对商品质量作引人误解的虚假表示的，依照商标法、产品质量法的规定处罚。同时，对于商标法、产品质量法不能规制的欺骗性交易行为，《反不正当竞争法》则作了相应的处理性规定。
